"Color Tab" disappears mysteriously?

Twice, in the past week, I've been working on a new Session, and the Color Tab just disappears. Does anyone know why this would happen? Below is a screengrab with it missing.

    Hi Mark,

    Actually what it looks like is missing is the White Balance Tool. Very strange- never saw this before. I'm curious if you can access the White Balance Tool by pressing the keyboard shortcut option+command+3?

    In any event we will trash the preferences and see if that solves the problem

    quit capture one.
    delete the file called com.phaseone.application.c1dslr.plist located at ~/Library/Prefernences. ~ means your Home Folder.
    Restart Catpure One. Your toolbars should be reset to default as will all the other application preferences, such as color management, process destinations. etc.
