New website design issues
New website design issues:
(I tried to send this via the contact form ("Contact Phase One"), but that results in a "An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator." No idea how I could contact the sysyem administrator.)
- Log in at the top of the page.
Want to check if there is an update for Capture One.
The download page doesn't show which version is available.
There is no history ("what's new").
To download I have to type my email address twice. (I am already logged in!)
Then the download doesn't show the version either. (Earlier the file name would reflect the version.)
- Log in at the top of the page.
Want to check my support cases.
Can't find them.
Try clicking "Contact technical support".
Have to log in again.
Then I can scroll down to the "My Cases" button at the bottom of the page.

Same here- can't download the new version and receive a server error when attempting to do so. 0 -
Not very clear and all over too much marketing IMO!
The latest release can be figured out if you open the documentation section. Here you see the latest release information. Still now is 6.3.4.0 -
Current release is 6.3.5. Main change over 6.3.4 is the extended trial period of 60 days (previously 30 days). The release notes in the program download are referring to 6.3.5, the separately downloadable release notes refer to 6.3.4 as of this moment.
Download is running fine now, as far as I can tell.0 -

Are there any performance improvements over 6.3.4 that one should expect if the newest version is downloaded?0 -

In short: no. The release notes don't mention any other issues affected besides the extended trial period.0 -
Thanks Paul.
It seems strange for a new mid-stream release to only have a marketing feature in it.
And this after I just had a major crash trying to look at a jpeg created by a hdr program. I'll post that separately and send in note to support.0
