Images alignment

Nah. No auto-align frames in C1.

Export the images uncropped and then try some stabilizer plugin in After Effects or Premiere when you're rendering the timelapse.

EDIT: That's the only solution I can think of for some progressive movement. If the shift is sudden instead, and only a couple frames are affected, then yes, correct the frame with the cropping tool (you can use guides as reference points for maximum accuracy) and then copy/apply to all the shifted shots.

Good suggestions, even if I have to say that copying and pasting the CROP settings with C1, often it does not really paste exactly, even if the images have the same exact size; most of all I face this issue when I have to create several variants due to local adj, and then with PS use all them as layers and there I see that the CROP applied by C1 was not perfect.

Anyway for this TL project I managed to delete some of the frames (the project is over 2 months long) and the final result is pretty good.
    Thank you for your suggestions
    Piero
