Open with Capture One - which session?
If I select an image in Media Pro, and right click it, I can choose to open it with Capture One 10 (among other options). Is there any way of making it so that Capture One opens with the session that the image in question is located in, rather than with the last used session?

Hi,
I'm not 1000% sure but I mean that's not possible.
I think for this, you are using MP/ C1 not like Phase One thought this. You should create a session and only "browse" your file system to search and edit your images. Not import it first in a session.0 -

Really? Phase One's tutorial videos on YouTube show a workflow that involves importing files into a session, then adding the session folders to Media Pro. One of them demonstrates how to open an image in the Media Pro catalogue in Capture One, but it seems to just open in the right session.

Really? Do you have a link to this video for me? Maybe its a BUG. I would like to see it0 -
Hi,
I love the videos from Peter but there is no any point about "open the right session". It always open the images in the last or running session.
With this feature, I immediately gave up my C1 catalog and witch again to C1s session and MP catalog.
But if you mean I'm wrong - create a ticket by Phase One and let me know please the answer you received0 -
Hi Robert
No, I don't mean you're wrong. It's just that I am only learning how to use Media Pro (having used Capture One for years) and I haven't yet understood how everything works!
