    Hi Jim,
    Just for background information, what Windows version are you running?
    I can come up with two potential causes which you my not have checked yet. One is the monitor profile. A corrupt profile or version 4 profile might cause CO4 to malfunction.
    Another topic to check is your MS Framework .NET installation. Sometimes a .NET component get corrupted which negatively affects CO4. You could either reinstall .NET 2.0 sp1 and 3.0 or install 3.5, which works fine on my systems. You can download these components from the Microsoft download pages.

    Thanks, Paul. Changing my calibrated monitor profile is not an option and I really don't want to open the .net can of worms. I've submitted a support request to Phase One. I'm using v. 4.5 with no problem, so shouldn't be missing too much by not using v. 4.5.1. I'll just wait for .2 or whatever comes next...
