unable to activate my upgrade license key into my new pc.

    Was activation successful? What do you mean by 'unable to view images correctly'? What was the problem with contacting support?

    If you can be more specific, we might be more helpful to you.

    And contacting support works for everyone with an email, so if you're posting here you've already got the necessary credentials to create a support case.

    Thank you for your prompt reply.
    1. When I say I cannot see images correctly is because they are all colorized with primary and secondary corlors, it seem like a psicadelic painting. The first time I choose a folder the images are normaly presented but within a few seconds they get this colorized screen all over them.
    2. As to not beeing able to contact Technical support is because when I try to fill in the respective form the very first item they request is to choose the product registry. WhenI try to do so it comes up with the information that "no serial is registered with your profile". Also I checked my data profile and found out that on the options " order history" and" license management" my information is correct with the serial numbers for my purchase of Capture One 3.x back in 2007 and in October this year my paid upgrade to Capture One 5. However if I go to Product Registration menu I am presented with in message that " No serial is registered with your profile".

    When I installed the software on my new computer I only downloaded Capture One 5 and entered its serial number, later when I trid to use it and images became altered I tought that probably as it is un upgrade I need to also install Capture One 3. Tried it but license was not accepeted.

    I Hope to have been more clear on my explanations!

    This refers to Hardware not Software. Your Product Key is not necessary in this field, in fact nothing is necessary here as this is not a required field. Please look at the form closer and only provide the information with an asterisk next to it, if you don't know that required information or don't have it simply make something up and we'll sort it out later.
