Ratings from Photo Mechanic tag not transferring to Capture1

Hi.

I tag my images in Photo Mechanic first, then ingest into Capture One. I narrow down my image set by choosing to view the 1 star ratings.

All has been fine, until this week. Not one XMP or star rating is loading into Capture One, and when I select 1 star ratings, nothing comes up because it can't see I rated it.

Any ideas?

    Are you able to elaborate on the settings in both PM and CO8 for this to happen? For example do you use XMP sidecar file for your raw?
    From which point it did not work. Software update perhaps, either PM or CO8?

    This is a known bug with C1 8.3. Your workflow is the same as mine. I was advised by Phase One to downgrade to 8.2. You may want to do that and also open a support ticket so as they get the message a number of people are affected by this problem.

    Might be worth checking the 8.3.1 release.

    The Release notes seem to suggest the problems will have been addressed assuming they are common problems for all possible XMP file update sources.
