Convert RAW to JPG size 9 Mb -with ACR the same photo 2 Mb ?

Export the photo in format RAW Canon 400D to the JPG, and with Capture 4 the size of file generated (JPG) is 9 Mb, and with the Adobe Camera Raw (PS3) the size is 2 Mb. Why? Thanks.

    Sound like they are not both set to the same size, try both at 100%

    In ACR (Phostoshop CS3), level quality high (12) and the same file the size is 5 Mb.; in Capture One 4 is 9-10 Mb. 🙄 (thanks for your attention)
