live view only partly visible when tethered to MacBook Pro.
Hello, two weeks ago my PhaseOne dealer pursuaded me to trade in my Hasselblad H3D for a PhaseOne 645D with 45P+ back, claiming noise suppression and use on view camera's was much better. So far I must admit that the quality is very good, certainly with longer exposure times on my Cambo technical camera.
I've tried to use the C1 live view with my TC, using a brand new MacBook Pro 15, but I can only see the upper third part of the image, and sometimes the complete image for a few seconds. This is very annoying, and the 5m firewire cable doesn't work either, I have to use a shorter one of 2m.
This only happens with my MacBook and not when the P45+ is connected to my Mac Pro, so I suppose it's a firewire problem on the MacBook. Should I complain to Apple, or is there another solution for making the firewire connection more stable. (It always worked fine with my Hasselblad H3D).
Thanks
Steven

For the moment downgrade to Capture One 5.1.2 and everything should be fine.

Once that's working for you, if you could take a minute and get us your system specifics through a support case we would love to log this with a few others and get to the bottom of it.
