Can't get Canon camera to tether

Hi - I'm using OSX 10.8.2 with Capture One 7.0.1. None of my canon cameras are able to tether successfully (Canon 5D Mark iii, Canon EOS 1DX, Canon EOS IV. The files that I've imported via card reader will not process successfully. Anyone had similar problems? Has anyone been able to successfully tether to Capture with a Canon camera? I've tried the workaround mentioned in previous posts without any success.

    First check is that you use Capture One Pro, not DB. Capture One menu, About.
