Should I setup a support ticket for broken 7.2.4 link?

    There was a post yesterday afternoon on one thread indicating that there was a problem with a download server that was being fixed.

    As a test I have just downloaded the Windows version with no problems at all.

    Hard to have faith in a company that has broken download links to their software updates. I have been trying the link for about 10 hours but it doesn't seem to be fixed. I guess they really want users to pay for the C1-8 upgrade.

    Since they can't blame your machine or tell you to contact Google/Mozilla/Apple support for your browser they will stay silent until a fix is up and never admit any issue existed. Same tactic as with the bugs ridden capture 7/8.

    I posted (publicly) yesterday there was a problem our side and we were fixing it.

    It should now be resolved. If you still have issues and need the build make a case and I will send you direct link.
