Sluggish Cropping in 5.2.1

I am using C1 Pro 5.2.1 with Windows 7 Professional. When I use my Wacom tablet or mouse and crop images the cropping windows is extremely sluggish and slow. When I begin cropping in the upper left of the frame and drag diagonally down to the bottom right corner to crop to 4x5 the crop frame doesn't appear and open until I reach the bottom right corner of the frame. When I adjust the crop frame the adjustment is very sluggish.

I do not have this problem when cropping in Photoshop CS5 - the crop tool is very responsive.

Older versions of C1 Pro had sluggish cropping - they fixed it is version 4 but it's back in version 5.

Are other people having this issue - any ideas on how to fix it.

    The cropping is very sluggish with both the Wacom tablet pen and also my wireless mouse.

    Where are the files located? Does the same happen when the wacom is taken out of the equation?
