Capture One 4.6.1 crashes on my 10.5.6 leopard mac
I have just downloaded and installed the latest version of Capture One 4. It constantly crashes - I have been testing the new D700 so not sure if its anything to do with that.
Seems as I am adjusting my files such as rotating or cropping it just bails out on me.
Tried repairing permissions and restarting but no luck.... any one else got this problem?

Have you used a previous release with your D700 files? Do you use compressed NEFs? 0 -
Cant use the previous release because it was 4.1.1 which did not support D700 files?
I don't know what a compressed NEF file is - but would this cause the crashes. It crashed about 4 times when I was batch processing too.0 -
Regarding crashing CO 4.x on Mac, I made a check list, in particular useful if you updated from CO 4.0/4.1 to 4.5 or later.

In particular the capture one.col file of 4.1 in the Picture / Capture One Library folder can be confusing to 4.5/4.6
Regarding NEF compression. This is a setting in the camera. Might be sensible to check. In the past CO could crash over a non-supported compressed NEF. I don't think this is the case here, but it does not hurt to rule this out.
Regarding crashes during processing: try different output parameters (either profile, JPEG/TIFF format, size).
Also try other raw files, from a different camera type to narrow the search and find a solution.0
