How to change catalogue location?

I'm using Capture One 7 Express. All I want to do is edit raw files. I don't want or need to make catalogues or have C1 move files around. I prefer to manage the files manually using folders, but I guess that is impossible with this software.

Anyhow, I will learn to live with catalogues, but the problem I have is I can't find a way to control the location of the Capture One Catalogue. It defaults to C: .../my pictures. I simply don't want it on my C drive as I don't have the space. Surely there must be some way to get it onto a different drive?

Can anyone help me with this?

  I figured it out after finding another thread that addresses this issue. You have to move the catalogue manually and then press "shift" when you start C1. This gives you an option to browse to the new catalogue. The other thread said to press "alt" but that didn't work -- you need to press "shift".

  That is exactly what the Capture One catalog allows you to do. The key is the way you import your images.
  
  In the CO7's Import Image dialog > Import To > Store Files > Current Location (not: Inside Catalog).
  What CO7 catalog does in this case is only create a reference to the raw files you store and manage in their respective folders on your (external) disks.

  Thanks for the feedback. While on my Win7 system both Shift- and Alt- brings up a dialog to select (another) catalog, it seems that this is not always the case. The Shift-key is the most secure option, apparently.

  Thanks for the replies. I have worked out a system for using the catalogue to accomplish what I want in terms of where the files are kept and copied. I was initially frustrated by not being able to simply open a folder of raw files without creating catalogues and importing images. Anyhow, I have adapted to the way the software works.
  
  The principal reason I am using Capture One is that I feel it is the best and most cost effective program to demosaic Fujifilm X-Trans sensor raw files.
