duplicate merge

having tried the sony express 11 version I downloaded the pro 12 version - I now have 2 versions running - how do I merge these and get rid of the duplicate software?

    You can open the catalog you created in Version 11 using the Version 12 software. It will tell you that it needs to upgrade the catalog to version 12, which is OK. If you want to, you can import the old catalog into the new one. (File>Import Catalog>Capture One catalog.) You can uninstall the version 11 software if you like. (I'd wait until you are happy that you can open your old catalog with the new software.)

    Does "downloaded" mean "Purchased a license"?

    If not you may want to make sure that you can revert to your older edits should you decide to not go ahead with V12 Pro.
