.mov makes C1 6 crash

Hi,
I've some problem, my C1 crash when there are some .mov in a folder with hundreds of .CR2(and some jpegs)
At the beginning it was only if I click on the .mov thumbnails, now it's always.
Any ideas?

    Whether the problematic files are played with Quick Time player?
