HELP!! ACTIVATION PROBLEM!!
I purchased C1 SE a few months ago for installation on my old Dell PC.
This week I purchased an iMac G5 and just installed installed C1 SE.
The problem is that it won't accept my activation key from my windows
version. How do I obtain the activation code for my Mac version.
(Note I cannot believe that Phase One doesn't provide access by phone or EVEN e-mail to resolve this problem. What kind of support is that. At least with Photoshop CS I was able to speak to a Customer Care rep who informed me that I will be sent a Mac version of PS CS after I send a form in that I will destroy the Windows version of PS CS.

Both LE and SE is platform specific, where you buy it for either Windows or Mac.
To get a version that works on both platforms you will have to upgrade to Capture One PRO version.
