No scrolling through list of icc profiles

I'm on version 10, but noticed this on previous versions as well. The list with icc-profiles is longer than the height of my (30") screen and there is no scroll bar, nor does the scroll wheel of my mouse work. Only a small arrow button on the bottom and top of the list. A scroll bar would be most welcome. Am I doing something wrong or is it just not there?

Also, in proofing mode, clicking on the arrows next to the box where the current profile is shown, it takes many seconds before the list with available icc-profiles comes up. My system is installed on a ssd, so this should be near instant I would think. Am I the only one with this problem?
