    You will never lose your Upgrades until they are required to be redeemed for a version UpGrade ~ 4.0 will be one.

    Login to Profile > clik name > View Order & Product History
    do you have activations available?

    If not, then you simply need to submit a Support Case that includes your Product Key and/or your Profile email.
