Canon monochrome
When I open a raw picture taken with the monochrome picture style of a Canon IDS Mark III, the picture displays in color in Capture One 4. Can anyone explain this?

Hello Carlos San Miguel
a RAW file contains the raw information of the camera without interpretation of this data. Because of this the picture style will just be used if you save your pictures in JPG format.
If you use DPP instead of Capture One DPP can interprete the picture style because this is the RAW converter of Canon and this converter knows how to interprete this picture styles. But I think Capture One is the better solution and you too can get monochrome pictures with Capture One.0
