Color isssue since downloading C1 3.7.7
Has anyone else had a problem getting colors to come out right with the new version of C1?
Since I updated, my reds are very saturated, and overall color does not seem accurate. I don't know if there is a setting in color management that got changed somehow with the upgrade, but I can't reproduce accurate color like I used to.
I actually came to C1 because it was the only RAW converter I could find that reproduced color--especially reds--really accurately (and easily) for me. I'm using Canon 1DMkII and Mac OS 10.4.9.
Thanks,
Todd

I think the problem has more to do with setup, than with the software.
In the Exposure Tool, on the bottom left, there are two small windows with RGB values and a small preview. The one on the left says "Phase One RAW" and the one on the right says "Destination." For me, the color of the window on the right (Phase One RAW) looks good, while the color in the Destination window looks bad (too saturated).
Is there a way to get the image to look like the Phase One RAW window instead of the Destination window?
Or alternatively, is there a way to change the Destination window to be more of a match for the Phase One RAW window?
Thanks for your help!

I also developed a color issue since downloading the latest update. C1 3.7.7
And I'm using H20 back with Mac Pro tower.
Was running flawlessly until latest update.
Now I have images coming in on top of each other when shooting fast.
Which didn't happen before.
And looks green channel banding going on.
Again didn't happen before.
Anyone have any answers ?
How can I get the old 3.7.6 update ?
So I can reinstall it, that was working like a charm.
Thanks,

Todd,
Please create a support Case on this issue with all your details.
It is quite rare for an Update to dysfunction with an existing Phase One Digital Back performance and quality,
but if it is, this is how problems are found and fixed.
A very detailed Case History will be a big help for Developers to review.

** 3.7.6 is available at Downloads > Archives area of web.

Thanks. I'll try customer support, and will also try installing the older version to see if that's really the issue.

I downloaded and reinstalled C1 version 3.7.6. Two tests demonstrate the issue I was having. Version 3.7.6 has no problem with color. Version 3.7.7 seems to really saturate the colors for some reason. You can see the difference in the images below (all images were processed with no tweaking--using default C1 settings).
Processed in C1 version 3.7.6 (notice the oversaturated greens)

Processed in C1 version 3.7.7 (here colors appear normal)
