The CO12 release notes does not state anything on changes or improvements regarding the use of Wacom digitizer tablets. So if there would be any change, what I do not expect, it is an undocumented or under the hood change.

I suggest you use the 30-day trial of CO Pro 12 to find out.

I do not have the tablet yet but consider buying one. Hence I would appreciate if somebody who owns it would share his experience with CO12.

    Thanks,
    Robert

As far as I can tell when the use pen pressure option is on it only changes the size of the brush, I see no option to change it from size to flow. Also it would appear that Windows Ink must be enabled for pen pressure to have any effect.

In other Wacom news in previous versions having Windows Ink enabled would cause the well documented masking errors while using Wacom and the brush tool, on my machine disabling Windows Ink would prevent the error from happening. In V12 I have yet to see the masking error while use my Wacom whether Windows Ink is on or off. Perhaps that bug was fixed?

Interesting! I can't control the settings for CaptureOne via the Wacom App any more, it's using the same setting as it does for every other application but(!) at least it seems that the driver doesn't stop working mid-use any more.
I'll take that over costumisable buttons any day!

Pressure sensitivity is only for the brush width, not opacity - CPU usage hits 100% for me when masking out, it's a shame they haven't figured out how to move it over to GPU by now.

Haven't run into the random 90 deg brush line when using the Wacom on this version however.
