Take a look at the thumbnail of the image. In the top left corner there is an icon that will display either RAW, Jpeg, or Tiff. You will only be able to process RAW files as Capture One is designed only to work on RAW files.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Here are some more details:

I downloaded my raw files before using capture one in a folder; I tried to open it, but on the bottom of the mainscreen of capture one is written '0 raw files' and her are no files presented on the screen.

How I can verify that I have a verson which supports raw files?

    thank you in advance

I tried also to open via 'file'-'open'.
In the window which appears is written on top: 'Selct folder containing RAW files, a single RAW file or a sessionfile.'
I can see my folder with the all the RAW files in it, but when I choose one, and I press the open button, it will not be opened.

I guess that shows that my version is for RAW files, but ther is a bug in it?

    regards locotango

Make sure you are using the latest (3.7.7) version of Capture One. you can see if your raw files are supported here:
    http://www.phaseone.com/home/Content/Su ... nguageid=1

Locate the folder containing your raw files on your computer and drag it into the Organize window in Capture One. Do you files show up when you select that foder in capture one?

Your Processed folder should have a cog wheel icon to the right of it. If it does not then it is not selected as a processing destination folder. Also is any folder names appear in red that means that Capture One cannot see them.

Are you trying to view images that are on an external drive? In some situations there can be permissions issues with the files and they will be not be read as raw files. Also if the files have been modified by another program they may be unreadable in Capture One.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

files. I checked with the sended linkfrom you: my version of capture one supports Digilux 3 RAW

I also verified my installed version. It's a 3,7,7 version.

I draged the folder containing my RAW files to the Organize window; the file are not showing up.

My processed folde do have a coq wheel icon on the right. and i have no folder name written in red.

I transfert my RAW files to an internal hard disk.

It's nice to gey your newslettres, but when will be your system work with someone like me who has a lLeica Digilux 3?
I bought a SanDisk memory cardwith the option to get free Capture One LE.
So what you can do for me now, so that i can use your software?
Will I get the new release also for free, although I downloaded already your last version?

    Sincerely

There will be an Update of 3.7.8 which will be Free
Support for this camera will likely be addressed in this version.
