Capture One 5.2 no longer valid after v6 trial
Hello everyone,
I had version 5.2 running on my computer with no problems. I upgraded to a trial version of v.6 for a job. I trial period has expired and I'd like to go back to v.5.2 but it won't let me. I've tried to reactive v.5.2 using my code but it's telling me it's not valid. It's only valid for v.3 (when I bought it).
How do I go back to running v.5.2 as before? Thank you.

The DYI route is the license management page on the Phase One web site. Login and click on your account. Here you can see the status, deactivate and so on.
The other support route is to contact Phase One support direct in a case. Probably the shortest route.0
