Leica M8 missing metadata

The full non-beta version still tosses date metadata on my Lecia DNG files, not on my Canon RAW files though. Anybody else notice?

    Thanks for bringing this up. I did notice the same for M8 DNG files, have not compared to Canon RAW files yet. Any more specific report from your side possible (while I will dive into it myself shortly).

    Hey Paul,
    Glad someone else out there has the issue too, and it's not just me! Only other info I have on it is that when I import the TIFFs or Jpegs into iphoto (I like to use iphoto for day to day cataloging of my work), it reads the date on the photo as the date when CaptureOne processed the file.

    Have any more users run into this problem? It's a real pain when I'm processing M8 shots.

    I filed this as a feature request. PO confirmed to me that (better) metadata support is planned for in future version (my translation: updates and/or Pro).
