New captures do not show

Hello,
On a MacBook (OSX Lion) with CO 7.2.3, shooting tethered from a P45+ I cannot see the incoming captures.
The Firewire 400 connection to P45+ seems to work (i.e. Live View works fine) but I cannot see the incoming captures.
I have selected Capture folder in the session for capturing and for viewing (default settings), but still no chance.
Any tips?

    Catalog or session?
    Does a new catalog/session resolve this?
    Have you removed the CF card from the camera back?
    Do you have the "Global Filters: Hide RAW" checked?
    Are you capturing to an external volume that perhaps doesn't have proper access?

    New session(s) did not LE(neither new catalog)

    Have you removed the CF card from the camera back?
    I never use CF, but checked: No.

    Do you have the "Global Filters: Hide RAW" checked?
    Checked, inactive

    Are you capturing to an external volume that perhaps doesn't have proper access?
    No, I use the system's HD

    Still in the dark, here...
