    Support may be able to help but as you noted it is related to your Network Settings that we cannot change, only you can manage.

    ...I see that Phase One's server domain in Denmark is parsed, is sent the appropriate data and presumably something appropriate is returned for your local Capture One programme to be allowed to continue. So, your site must therefore not block IP 94.18.241.206 either outgoing or incoming. The Amazon (cloudy) IP 54.85.164.247 MONITOR-EQATEC.COM is probably a statistics function. Here, that entire Amazon IP range is routinely blocked incoming, so any response from them is probably either not sent or not necessary for proper C1 use.
