CO8 on iMac 5k

I was wondering if anyone has personal experience on iMac5k with CO8.
I'm planning to get one with high end spec, with a Thunderbolt 2 external 4 bay RAID HDD to store my pictures and need to decide between LR6 and CO8. I havent personally used both of them but my personal preference would be CO8 as according to my research it renders RAW files bettern than LR6 while LR6 some interesting features such as HDR and panaroma.
So if you can advise me iMac5k CO8 combo, especially high res screen, that'd be great.

I have had an iMac 5k maxed out since day 1. Been using C1 with no issues. Everything looks beautiful... 0 -

Thanks for your reply. How much RAM do you would be good? I'll max out the processor but will buy OEM RAM as Apple charges a lot for RAM upgrades?

I maxed out the RAM too via 3rd party RAM. Much cheaper than apple... 0
