    Marla,

Version 3.7.3 the D200 was supported Beta only.

    Full support is in 3.7.4.
Be sure you have RAW only images and do not use any other program before loading into a Capture One Session.

Thanks so much for your reply.

do not use any other program before loading into a Capture One Session

As in load directly from the CF card? I have only downloaded my images to my harddrive with the windows move file utility and then browsed them for initial edit in Bridge. Does this change the file in a way to make it unreadable with Capture One? I still need some clarification here.

As far as I can tell the file format remains the same nef format that came out of my d200 and they are downloaded into folders that only contain RAW files, though I can't see how that matters. Doesn't Capture One read file formats other than RAW?

I don't mean to sound clueless but there is obviously some minute detail I'm missing. Do I need to download or install anything else in order for my Capture One 3.7.4 to recognize my d200 files?

    Marla,

Yes, download directly from CF card into a Session.

Adobe Bridge may indeed do something to the files that prevent them from showing in Capture One, but this should be easily troubleshot. It would depend on what you Edit. We've seen cases where using Bridge to rename have caused problems.

JPEG browsing is possible but no editing is possible.

D200 RAW files are fully supported in version 3.7.4 with nothing additional necessary.

    Cheers,

    kc,

These answers require that I change my workflow to accommodate some limitation of my CaptureOne software...which I'm hesitant to resort to as I use other camera bodies on a regular basis.

I have not had any of these issues when I process my d2x files. Why do I need to change my workflow when I want to process my d200 files.

Is there a way to talk about this issue in real time as I am in New York and I see that you are in Chicago? Question, answer, more questions, more answers on this thread is a tedious process to resolving this.

    Marla,

This is a User Forum so the best way to get Technical Support is
to create a Support Case at:
    Support Site: http://support.phaseone.com

Please include all details in your workflow, system set-up, camera etc.
Also attach one of your D200 RAW files that is giving you problems.
Once submitted the Case will continue until resolved.

    Cheers,
    k c
