If this is a clean, first time install of the software, you should have no problems. Only known is the Pop-up Blocker security of Service Pack II that prevents download from appearing unless allowed or off.

The download for Windows is located at: http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Downloa ... ndows.aspx

    PRO:
There are a total of 11 files contained within the CO_PRO_WIN_37_EN.zip that need to be uncompressed. Windows XP will do this (see Help for zip files). Even easier is to use WinZip to uncompress files. If you do not have WinZip, an evaluation version is free from www.winzip.com
Double clicking the downloaded .zip file will launch WinZip and the 11 files will be within the window.
All files must be selected, and then click Extract and choose extract location, (Desktop is good).
The install file SetupPRO.exe will become available to install the software. Installing with default locations is always best. Typical install location is C:\\Program Files\\Phase One\\Capture One PRO

If you had other Phase One products on this machine, clean the computer for a fresh install following Knowledg Base article # 1665
