Unable to install Capture One 11

I work for a company that locks down all computers and very slow to upgrade. I get a message that the newest Windows 10 upgrades must be install before version 11 will install. Our IT department does not have that update scheduled in the near future since it would be pushed out to several thousand computers and some specialized software is not compatible with the new upgrade. IT will not upgrade individual computers, so, is there any simple way to install it on an older Windows 10 machine?? Probably a support case would be in order.

    You could contact Phase One support to narrow down the most essential updates in Windows 10 for CO11 to work. To my mind comes the Anniversary / Creators / Fall Creators update and the (associated?) .NET Framework 4.7 update.

    Next, you report back to your IT department and request a timeframe for the minimum needs. This can help to narrow the gap and bring CO11 within reach within a shorter time frame.
