Rating troubleshooting

Capture One drives me crazy! Each time I rate an image, with stars or color, then move to an other picture, the rating will randomly disappear!
Worst, if I quit and restart the application, all the ratings are gone!

Any help?
Using C1 7.2.2 on OSX 10.9.3

    Can you;
    -Create a support case.
    - Provide the file type your using
    - Provide the settings for XMP sync and Preference

    To what end would that serve?

    Problems with ratings and labels have been reported here for at least one and a half year, and most likely a number of support tickets have been filed with technical support. I know I did. Nothing has come of those efforts.

    On 2. april this year I posted this;

    "Re: Counters in filters
    I knew that COP7 has problems with ratings, colourtags, keywords and a problematic database design.

    I'll add filters to the list.

    Why we haven't seen a service advisory from PhaseOne on these issues is beyond me."

    Quantitative vs subjective.
    Your reported error may seem the same as this but is perhaps different. I guess we won't know unless support cases are created, specifics are provided and then in response the support team can tell you the exact cause, even giving you reference for the development of a fix if it is indeed ours to fix.

    The bottom line is that if you want a direct answer to a specific problem we have a path for this, and it's in the support system.
