How do you import. I mean, do you have connected a card reader with your memory card inserted? Or you memory card inserted into the computer (like MacBook Pro models that have a card reader on board).

Or do you have your D800 connected? This options is not supported.

    sorry for late answer,

i have import photos using nikon transfer application or build in apple application.

directly from the camera using usb3 cable.

i dont use capture one to import photos.

but its important for me to work on capture one during importing pictures.

As I explained in my previous post, you can NOT import with Capture One directly from your camera. In other words, connecting the camera (D800) over USB does NOT allow you to import with Capture One.

You need to connect a card reader and insert the memory card from the camera into the reader. Now, Capture One can read and import the images.

In case you have CO Pro, the software captures the connection to the camera for tethering when connected. As a result other software can not connect for importing images.

You can prevent CO7 from connecting. Go to the CO7 prerences and uncheck Nikon on the capture tab, providers section if I recall correctly.
