hey ther

i bough the upgrade from 7 to 8.

but when i want to start the program, is not working!!!

the program writes session reading then it crashes down.

it was working couple days after i got it. but now i have that problem.

does somebody know why?

    Hi Micheal,

    From the information you shared there is not much to say what causes the crashes and how to fix this.

    I suggest you share more information about your workflow or you open a support case and have Phase One staff help you.
