No support reply after 9 days
hello,
I filed my case 9 days ago under ID 231486. Still it seems to be untouched. Could someone of phaseone please catch my case and write something like a reply. I am somehow irritated about that.
Its promised to reply within 24 hours.

In my experience, I think it takes around 2-3 days for them to reply. But I guess it all depends on the complexity of the case. 0 -

no support reply after 9 days. Still in state 'new'. With this experience i wouldnt suggest capture one to my friends. Sorry. 0 -
