This is a user-to-user forum. If you want to request support for a camera, raise a support case with Phase One. (Given their link with Sony, I'd say it was very likely that they will support it. Is it available to buy yet?)

    Ian,

I think, given the OP has been around on the forum for some time and must surely have seen responses to previous posts AND that the same message has been posted in both the Windows and the Mac forum, that they are simply needing to tell everyone that they have bought (or placed an order for) a new camera.

Personally I think the Mk IV is not so different from the Mk III so I would like to know when Capture One will be supporting the Mk V .

Of course the OP might just be having a joke with us - a sort of forum stirring humour.

Posting in both V10 forums might support that theory.

    I might check the V9 and V8 forums too ..... 😉

Case was added before posting here... however... responses always seem to have "if we get enough interest" regarding things, so forum posts help to show interest from people who may not know to submit cases.

New model RX10 iv needs added so Raw files can be recognized by C1. Camera has been available in Europe and Asia for weeks. Started shipping in the U.S. a week ago.

So why not state that purpose in the post?

I couldn't care less about a Sony camera, but count me in for the interest list.

In these instances in which the camera model change is marginal, they could very well release an update with a warning sign/note saying that support for the given camera model is still preliminary.

Or even better, allow any Canon/Nikon/Sony camera in before finalised, with a big warning sign.
