I am also using the trial version of capture one 12 for Fujifilm and have the same problem,
after a crash during import, that everything worked still a expected i coud even export some of my work.

The next day everthing changed all previews were pixaleted, there is somethin strange i can export the pictures and the jpegs are okay.

I have reinstalled the program and cleared the cache, and used my backup, and i have got the same result.

Does anyone have solution for this problem?

I'm also using the Fuji X-T3 (+ the Fuji XH-1) and I can only say it works flawless for me so far, using it since the support for Fujifilm cameras (much faster than Lightroom).

I'm using Capture One 12 on a Win10 PC now, but CO12 works as well on my Mac Pro (using the same Fuji cameras). This doesn't solve the problems you are experiencing of course, but I guess it shows it's not a problem related to the support for Fujifilm cameras in CO12.

I realize this is an old post but I'm having this problem, exactly how it's described in the top post. Got a new X-T3, trying C1 express for Fuji (v12) but on windows the program functions terribly. Tried C1 Express for Fuji on a macbook pro and everything worked fine. Pretty frustrating looking for answers as they all talk about blurry previews, found this dead thread as the best example of the issue I'm having. Not sure if it matters but I have a AMD 2600x CPU and AMD RX480 GPU. Hoping OP can chime back in regarding what their outcome was...
