Please provide us the file in a support case.

I sent a support case with a DNG and a jpeg-file of a colorchecker chart and got an almost instant reply from Phase One!

The Ricoh GR firmware update from ver 1.1 to ver 2.03 makes the file unidentifiable by Capture One 7 and will be addressed in the next Capture One update.

Amazingly quick support I must say!

OK. In that case contact Ricoh and ask if you can downgrade your firmware. If so, you'll regain complete operation.
Again, the conflict is caused by Ricoh and not Capture One. We'll adjust as time allows to recognize Ricoh's change but I'm afraid you'll have to be patient.

    Hello,
I have used Capture One for quite a lot of years with Canon EOS SLRs, mostly Canon 5DII now, and I bought a Ricoh GR limited. What a nice camera ! However, blue is purple in Capture One ☹️
I also vote for Phase One to adapt to DNG produced by Ricoh GR, because I love both this camera and Capture One !

Unfortunately, they didn't fix Ricoh GR in Capture One 7.1.6, even though they said they should. It's still way off colorwise and CO doesn't recognize the camera in this version either.

One wonders which special recognition CO needs from the DNG file to identify the camera type, when all the other raw converters out there doesn't seems to have any problems with a firmware update? How difficult could it be to fix it?

Please re-generate your thumbs from the "File" menu. You are probably still using the old thumbs from 7.1.5, and thus you will see the same thumb. Zoom in to 100%, and you will see the colors are correct.

Nope, that doesn't work! I have regenerated the preview files and restarted the program several times. No changes.

    hi
i'm still working with COE 6.4.
i would like update to COE 7.
i tested COE 7.1.5 with my new ricoh gr – false colors.
today i tested COE 7.1.6 with the ricoh gr-dng files – false colors.
and yes, i re-generated the thumb, nothing happens - still false colors.

Remove the settings file (.cos) and the preview file (.cop). Then try to view in CO 7.1.6 again.
