HELP! max downloads of c1 reached

hi, i have downloaded past my 10 times to my computers, i regularly reinstall my system to keep everything clean running. i have only owned 4 computers since buying c1 pro, and never more than 2 at a time.

now i have just replaced my powerbook with a macbook pro, but phase wont let me download anymore.

what do i do now? it sucks if i have to buy a whole new licence. especially if i am about to purchase a phase back next month.

please tell me there is just an upgrade price? if so, how do i do it?

  The 2 DB that I've purchase came with a licensed copy of C1Pro
  I have 1 P25 and 1 P45.
  
  Maybe it was a gift from my sales rep (I dont think so...)
  
  for your existing license, go to phaseone.com, login and create a support case.

  it was late last night and tired when i wrote that post, i have just found a pro to pro upgrade for 199usd, this is a lot better than what i thought i needed to do- buy a whole new licence. i will still need this as i plan on shooting with the back as well as my canons.

  Good but you only need 1 copy of the software... and not 1 for the canon and 1 for the DB...
  
  So if your upcomming DB comes with a copy of C1Pro, you're OK...
