This was not only the case on that computer of a friend but also on my computer.

You were viewing the files in Capture One on another computer?
If that is the case, Capture One had adjustments made to the file that were not carried over to your current system.

Every imported and not adjusted file from the Canon 60D of my friend displays on his computer the tint value 0 in White Balance. This is also the case on the computer of me. This means in my opinion that the problem is not caused by CO 7.2. I think it is the new camera which has a defect. But I am not sure and that is why I ask if anybody else can tell me if it is normal for Canon 60D files to have standard tint value 0 in White Balance. I myself sc. have two older cameras 5D and 30D. There is the tint value always another than 0.

The tint values is, as does the Kelvin value, a relative value. I noticed that when applying each of the predefined white balance modes (daylight, cloudy, tungsten, ...) the tint value is set to 0 (zero).

There is nothing wrong (or good) about it. It is just a value. It gives you maximum latitude for both positive or negative adjustments values.
