Fuji X100 RAF / RAW files in CP V6.2.1
Hi All
Hey I use CaptureOne Pro V6.2 which supports the X100 RAF files but have noticed that it also creates a RAW file from the RAF file when working on the file.
This means that you have a 20MB RAF file and a 20MB RAW file in the directory which means that working in RAW you have 40MB of RAF & RAW files (double the original RAF file size).
CP1 doesn't do this with Canon, Nikon or Leica RAW files.
Anybody else using CP1 (V6.2.1 on a MacBook Pro 13") notice this?
By the way it does have a profile for the X100 and does handle the pics beautifully (JPG & RAF). No complaints there.

Just checked that and I have the same experience. It's a first to me. You can contact support and ask for information. Would be interesting to know. 0 -
This "extra" file will removed in the next service release of Capture One.
Also the colors for high ISO images will be more consistent.

I am also seeing the extra files. More importantly, the system now regularly freezes when scrolling through the X100 thumbnails in the browser... No changes to the system configuration and I am running the latest versions of C1 Pro and Mac OS.
Also a little disappointing is that Lightroom 3.0 seems to be better at the X100 RAW conversion than C1 for the moment. Don't make me go back to Lightroom please!

Hey Lionel any idea when the update will be released?
Thanks
