Reverting to C1 v10 database

I ran the trial of C1 v 11 for a month. It converted my existing, paid-for C1 v 10 catalog to its own format.
How can I now read the latest - i.e. those photos added during the trial period - entries to my trial C1 v 11 catalog back into my C1 v 10 environment?

  Just import the files (assuming they are Referenced and not managed files) into your V10 catalogue and edit them.
  
  If they are Managed files you will need to Export them first. Then import them.
