Ratings not changeable once applied
Hi all,
I use the star ratings and the colour labels to help my selection process. Since opening and using C1v9 I have found I can set the rating or colour label once, but then when I go to the Filters and select either the rating or the color tags filter I cannot then add to or change them, I have found I can do a 1 star first round, then use a colour rating for further selection but cannot change it after that.
Any others having the same issue?
Also I seem to be processing image previews for hours - the activity window says it is processing 3,330 images and 15 minutes to go since I first start the program first thing this morning. Very odd when the session only has 3 folder from 50-300 images in.

There a bunch of posts and support tickets for metadata problems. Turning Preferences > Image > Metadata > Auto Sync Sidecar XMP to none is a work-around, but might give you other metadata problems. 0 -

Bob, works a treat! Changed it to 'Load', now I can change ratings and colour tags. Cheers (Shame C1 support didn't know this!). 0
