Copy adjustments - how can I choose which ones ?

In LR when copying adjustments , I see the list of them and can select which I want to copy and which not. In Capture One I can copy only all of them ? (incl. those I don't want). Or am I missing something ?

    One way of doing it is to use the Adjustments menu and select Copy and Apply Adjustments. That will bring up a list of things you can copy/apply and you tick the ones you want.

    Using the Adjustments Clipboard tool, you can add or remove adjustments that have been copied to the clipboard. Here's the help page for that tool:
