Lens Correction
I would like more information on the "Lens Correction" tool and specifically how it differs from CS3 or CS4's version of the same feature. Also I am using a Hasselblad H series 35mm lens which I understand that C1 does not have the preset for that particular lens, does that make a huge difference? In a nutshell I'm attempting to try to figure out the quickest and most effective way to remove lens distortion.

if you need just a geometry correction and it is not supported by C1 - you can do a series of test shots and send those
to PTLens ( http://epaperpress.com/ptlens - check "calibration" section on the web page) author and he will add that support
there... it is a cheap ($25 and you get a life time upgrades) plug-in that works w/ Photoshop that you have I guess.
Or may be it is already supported ("...Hasselblad H series 35mm lens...")- as of today PTLens supports the following big sensor irons/lenses:
Large Format Cameras

Phase One P 65+
Phase One P 45+
Phase One P 30+
Phase One P 25+
Phase One P 21+
Phase One P 20+
