20D users

Being a Capture One Pro owner too and also a 20D I fully understand your ranting about that Phase One has not released the version 3.6 which supports the Canon EOS 20D,
BUT
In the package of my 20D there was a software package called Digital Photo Professional from Canon and that program was able to convert the CR2 files into 16bit Tiff files.
At the begin I was reluctant to use it because I swore that Capture One would be the only good program for doing it, but after seing that the release of 3.6 was delayed, delayed and delayed, I began to use DPP from Canon and SURPRISE
DPP is really good. The workflow is different but the results can easily be conpared to Capture One Pro.
So Capture One is not the only solution for us 20D owners.
After installing DPP just do not forget to install the update to version 1.5

And, similarly, I now depend on Adobe ACR - results are excellent and the workflow is quite efficient (thanks to Bruce Fraser's book \"Real World Camera Raw with Adobe Photoshop CS\"). js 0
