OpenCL? Try to switch it on or off in preferences.

I'm having the same issue. OpenCL Auto or Never.
I find that crops that extend all the way to 2 edges do not move smoothly, regardless of aspect ratio. Coming in just a bit from the edge allows it to move fine.
Does anyone know if this a software bug or a specific machine issue, or some setting like snap to edges in photoshop?

When I apply a crop to the full short end of an image (e.g. 1x1) I can't move it around the full length or height of the image depending on the orientation. It just nudges a little up/dn or side to side but won't let me drag it the full length. And half the time I try to move the crop it just disappears.

Sometimes there is confusion about moving crops where physical restrictions are mistaken for software errors.
If the image is rotated slightly and the crop abuts a sloped edge of the image, the crop sometimes cannot move along the inward sloping side of the image. This is not a bug. It's a bit confusing to describe so I attached an image to help illustrate.

That may not be the case here, but just putting it out there to clear up any possible confusion.

I notice it only when the crop is maximized. For instance, a 1x1 image cropped to the edge of the frame (as big as it can be) won't move, but if you decrease the size a little the crop moves fine.

Thanks for the reply Drew and I understand your explanation but that isn't the case here. jhopkins explained it better than I did. Basically the crop moves a little in either direction or not at all when you have a maximum crop applied that reaches edge to edge and moves fine if you slightly bring the crop in off the edge. Pretty sure it's a bug.

Here's the reply I received from my support case on the issue.

Amazing how many bugs slipped through the V6 release.

    Hi Daniel,

This is a bug in Capture One. We are addressing it and it should be resolved in the future.

    Best regards,
    Phase One support

Thanks Daniel, that's what I wanted to hear.....that they're aware and on it.
