What happened to my free upgrades?

After installing 3.7 (supposedly a free upgrade), I checked the number of remaining free upgrades and it said I had 0 (ZERO) left! I should have 2 left (I purchased Capture One Pro 3.6). Just a glitch???

  You should have 1 Upgrade coming. At the bottom of the site is an email address where you can contact the Marketing Department directly.

  Sorry, but I should have 2 upgrades coming. I bought my license for ver 3.6. That license was supplied with 2 upgrade. Version 3.7 was NOT considered a chargable upgrade (that was announced on the website). Therefore, I should have 2 upgrades, not ZERO. I have since spoke with Sales, who confirmed my concerns and they appropriately reset my upgrade counter to 2 upgrades. I am back to being the normal, fun-loving, happy Phase One customer that I was when I made the original purchase! Thanks for your timely reply!!
