Deleting backups

Looking for some guidance please !

Having bought the upgrade to V9 and catalogue imported in etc, I see I have a backup folders with every backup going back to 2014. The size of it is 155GB. I wish to reduce this !

Can I delete them (keeping a few i.e. the latest ones) ?

  AFAIK, you do with those backups whatever you want. If you're not sure, move the very old ones to some offline storage (old external disk or so, or burn them to DVD 😊 ) and see if you miss them.
