white balance tool missing
Greeting all,
I'm using a C1 Pro 3.7.2 on Mac OS 10.4.2 on a dual G5 tethered to a P25.
Recently I have noticed that every now and then the white balance tool isn't
shown on the tool switch. I have to restart C1 pro for it to reappear.
Is this a bug ?

eavesphoto,
This should not happen.
If you remove the application preferences it brings the software back to the installation state.
Remove the file called com.phaseone.application.captureonedslr.plist located at ~/Library/Preferences. ~ means your home folder. Restart Capture One.
This should make the software behave ! 😉
Cheers,

I have had the same problem happen. The eyedropper icon will get replaced by an arrow for no reason even while the correct tool is selected. It is spuratic. 0 -
This will only happen if:
1. You are viewing a JPG or TIF instead of RAW
2. Not chosen the Eyedropper too but using, for example crop tool0
